She made a point of calling the property to find out if they were able to cater to my request, and searched for other accommodation options to recommend. She rushed her team to send out the booking form to me once she realised our 7 hour time difference, and she also had the property put on hold for a few more hours while I sorted out the payment details. Best yet - my parents were very happy with their accommodation.
