This property benefits from being outside of London's congestion zone.
We arrived early in the morning and Leonard let us have the apartment straight away.
Very close to Notting hill gate underground. Beautiful area for a walk.

This is my second time I stayed in 202 apartments. The first time was in 2011. I noted that the apartment especially the kitchen and bathroom had improved tremendously.
We were pleased with the location, the very high quality bathroom and kitchenette, and most of the accommodation.
First impressions were poor though, due to the 1970's MFI type small wardrobe in the corner that contrasted poorly with the other white IKEA units and the dark stained skirting and door skins that made the room look a little tired. As we became used to the decor we realised how low in importance this was.
The location, transport links, reception and service, and room facilities were all very good verging on excellent. We used the apartment primarily to visit the Royal Albert Hall and walked back from there without any difficulty on a lovely November night.
As London prices go it was great value for money.

- there was a bit of bad odour which I had to get rid of by using a room freshener
- the iron, iron board and the hair dryer needs replacing
Location location location - it was perfect - right next to Notting hill gate tube which hooks up to three lines. close to shops supermarkets etc. Apartments aren't new and in need of a little care but overall it served the purpose allowed us to get everywhere really easy and had basic requirements. Staff where also fantastic and nothing was too hard. Would stay again
Reception is hard to contact, noisy on the street side, great location, spacious medium 1 bdrm apartment, a trick to keep the heating on though.
