Head of Guest Relations

As Head of Guest Relations, Sam oversees the progress of the team and works on ways to source new business and create fresh opportunities.

Originally from Godalming in Surrey, Sam has garnered a wealth of experience within the serviced apartment industry.

Whilst travelling around Australia, Sam had a few unusual jobs, including being a product demonstrator for a magic pen company, selling indoor boomerangs and picking watermelons!

Guest Relations Team Leader

As Guest Relations Team Leader, Freya is responsible for ensuring that clients receive the highest level of customer service during the booking process. Managing the Guest Relations team, Freya is also responsible for sourcing suitable serviced accommodation.

Prior to joining Central London Apartments, Freya garnered experience in the travel and hospitality industry working as an RFP Coordinator at GLH Hotels. She also completed a degree in Events Management at Cardiff University.

Guest Relations Specialist

As a Guest Relations Specialist, Alistair is responsible for ensuring that clients receive the highest levels of customer service at all times. He’s also in charge of responding to enquiries, maintaining client relationships and sourcing serviced accommodation.

Prior to joining Central London Apartments, Alistair completed a Business Economics degree.

Away from work, Alistair is a keen sportsman; he loves to play football and, when he was younger, he even took part in a rugby tournament at Wembley!

Araseli Cavero

Guest Relations Specialist

As Guest Relations Specialist, Araseli is responsible for sourcing serviced accommodation and responding to enquiries. She is also required to attend property viewings and liaise with property operators.

Before joining SilverDoor in January 2018, Araseli worked for a London-based Lettings Negotiator. Originally from Rome, Araseli is multilingual; she speaks Italian, Spanish and English fluently.

Guest Relations Specialist

As a Guest Relations Specialist, Ayesha is in charge of sourcing serviced accommodation and negotiating rates with property partners all around London.

Prior to joining Central London Apartments in 2018, Ayesha achieved an Msc in Business Management at Brunel University and also worked as a Senior Team Leader for Guide Dogs for the Blind UK.
