Zinc House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged but simply used to guarantee the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
Your card will be pre-authorised for £50 upon check-in to cover any incidental expenses.

For stays of 29 nights or more, notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of 25% of the total booking cost.
An option held upon an extension to a rental period is subject to the cancellation terms as notified above.
