Victoria Park Plaza Hotel is 50 yards from Victoria underground and main line stations, which provide direct access to Gatwick Airport, the City of London, the West End and the South East of England.

Booking Procedure
Victoria Park Plaza Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
A deposit equal to the cost of two nights' accommodation will be debited from your card as a (refundable) deposit. For stays of 30 nights or more, a one-week deposit will be debited. Deposits are completely refundable provided that bookings are cancelled within the terms of the cancellation policy (see below).

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for stays of 30 nights or less must be received at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation charge equal to the cost of 7 nights' accommodation.

Cancellations for stays of 31 nights or more must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation charge equal to the cost of 30 nights' accommodation.
