Travel Information:

Transport across the entire capital is convenient and simple, with Paddington underground and main line rail station just a 10-minute walk away. Booking Procedure
Vancouver Studios can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged, but simply used to guarantee the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

Cancellation Policy
