The Grainstore Apartments are located directly in front of ExCel, London's premier events venue, and within easy reach of the fashionable Canary Wharf area. The O2 Arena, attracting major international music acts as well as exhibitions and other events, is also nearby. Travel Information:
The apartments are easily accessed from nearby City Airport as well as from Stansted Airport just along the M11, with great connections to the A12 and A13. The award-winning Docklands Light Railway (DLR) can be accessed nearby, meaning London's heartland is within easy reach of the apartments. Booking Procedure
The Grainstore Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
When you book, you will be charged a deposit of 10% of the total stay or £100, whichever is the greater.
The remaining balance will be taken in full 28 days prior to arrival.
Payment
Payment will be made in full prior to arrival (see above).
Security Deposit
Guests are required to provide a credit card imprint either prior to or on arrival to cover any additional charges.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made at least 28 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a 50% administration charge.
For cancellations made within 28 days of arrival, any refund would be at the discretion of the apartments and subject to the re-letting of the apartment.
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals or early departures.
