Kilburn Park, on the Bakerloo line, is the nearest underground station, and is just a few stops from Paddington which offers connections to the Heathrow Express. In addition, there are frequent bus services along Kilburn High Road.

Booking Procedure
The So Quartier Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of 1-6 days you will be charged for 1 day.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for 3 days.
