Booking Procedure
Sanctum Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings of 1-6 nights, made more than four weeks prior to arrival, a deposit equal to the first nights' stay will be charged to your card.
For bookings of 7 nights or more, made more than four weeks prior to arrival, a 25% deposit will be taken.
All bookings made within four weeks of arrival will be charged in full.
Payment
On arrival, you will be asked for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
For stays of up to one month, a deposit of £200.00 will be taken to cover any incidental expenses you might incur during your stay. For stays of more than one month the deposit would be £500.00.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, a minimum of 14 days' advance notice is required to avoid cancellation charges.
Cancellations made between 8 and 13 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total stay.
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
Please note: any reservations made within 7 days of the arrival date cannot be cancelled and will be charged for the full length of the stay.
