Reception is open between 8.30am and 5pm, and your apartment is serviced weekly to ensure it is always fresh and clean. Parking is available nearby in the NCP car park, and you will find Cannons health club just two minutes’ walk away.

Queen Street Apartments are large and elegant, with a living area, dining room and an excellent, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. All apartments feature surround sound televisions, DVD players, personal video entry systems and broadband internet access along with a wide range of other amenities to ensure your luxury base in the city is completely convenient, functional and enjoyable: Please note that these apartments are non-smoking.

Situated in the heart of London's financial district, just a stone's throw from St Paul's Cathedral, the Bank of England and the Museum of London, Queen Street Apartments are a perfect base for the business or leisure traveller. During the daytime the area is bustling with City workers, whilst in the evenings the numerous fine bars and restaurants are busy and lively.

Queen Street boasts excellent transport links: it is located a few minutes’ walk from Mansion House, Cannon Street, St Paul’s and Bank underground and mainline train stations. These stations collectively service the District, Circle, Central, Northern and Waterloo & City tube lines, as well as the Docklands Light Railway. Guests can access main line trains from Cannon Street station, which services South and East London, and Blackfriars main line station is just a short walk away, offering access to North London.

Booking Procedure
Queen Street Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

After your reservation has been made you will receive an email from the apartments with their terms and conditions, which will need to be returned with a copy of your passport prior to arrival.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged for the first 30 days of the booking or for the entire period if less than 30 days.

Please note that there is a 3.5% + VAT surcharge on payments made by Visa and Mastercard and a 4.5% + VAT surcharge on payments made by American Express.

Payment
For stays of 30 nights, payment will be taken at the time of making the booking.

For stays of over 30 nights, payment for the first month will be taken at the time of making the booking. The second month will be payable at week 4 of your stay. Any further months are due every 4 weeks.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required, however, you will be contacted by the apartments and asked for an imprint of your credit card and a copy of your passport at the time of making the booking.

Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 09:00

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.

Guests wishing to shorten their stay after check-in should be aware that the notice period of 72 hours to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay will still apply.
