Point West Apartments by Oakwood

The weekly maid service includes a full linen and towel change, general cleaning, vacuuming and dusting of apartments.

All the apartments have balconies, some boasting excellent London views. One- and two-bedroom apartments are self-contained with a luxury bathroom, separate living area, bedroom(s) and a fully equipped kitchen. The studios are very similar, although the bedroom is not physically separated from the living area. Bathrooms consist of a shower, WC and washbasin. Kitchens are fully equipped and contain cupboards, fridge, oven, sink, microwave oven and grill, toaster, kettle, cutlery/crockery and cooking utensils.

The features below apply to all of the apartments:

South Kensington is a fashionable upscale neighbourhood where you will find a wide variety of amenities, shops, restaurants and bars. It is also home to the Natural History and Victoria and Albert Museums. Just to the north is Kensington, with markets, antique shops and the royal palace, and chic Chelsea is to the south. Chelsea's King's Road is renowned as London's fashion headquarters and is the place to be seen in London.

The nearest underground station is Gloucester Road, less than five minutes' walk away, which provides easy access to the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines. South Kensington tube station is also within walking distance.

Booking Procedure
Point West Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged immediately, but will be kept on file until 24 hours prior to your arrival (see section below). The card will be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
Your credit card will be charged in full 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card or a cash deposit. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cancellation Policy
The apartments must receive notification of cancellation in writing at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Provided that cancellation is received within this notice period, the apartments will not charge any cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date, the guest is liable for the rent for the duration of the stay, subject to the apartment being re-let.

Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.
