Park House Apartments

The following features apply to all of the apartments:

Many attractions are within walking distance of the apartments, including Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Natural History Museum. The premier shopping districts of Knightsbridge (where you'll find Harrods and Harvey Nichols), the King's Road and Sloane Street are only a short distance away.

The apartments are a short walk from Gloucester Road and South Kensington underground stations, both of which are on the Piccadilly Line with direct access to London Heathrow, as well as the Circle and District lines. From here, you'll have easy access to the whole of London, including the theatre and business districts as well as the many historical sights and places of interest.

Booking Procedure
The Park House Apartments Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged immediately, but will be kept on file and charged in full 24 hours prior to your arrival. The card will also be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
Your credit card will be charged in full 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Park House Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa

Cancellation Policy
For stays of less than 30 nights the apartments must receive notification of cancellation in writing at least 7 working days prior to the actual arrival date. Provided that cancellation is received within this notice period, the apartments will not charge any cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days prior to the arrival date, the guest is liable for the rent for the duration of the stay, subject to the apartment being re-let.

For stays of more than 30 nights the apartments must receive notification of cancellation in writing at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Provided that cancellation is received within this notice period, the apartments will not charge any cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date, the guest is liable for the rent for the duration of the stay, subject to the apartment being re-let.

Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.

Apartments	Nightly Rate 7 - 29 nights
One Bedroom Apartment	£164.50

= VAT falls from the standard rate to a lower rate after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.

Rates are per apartment per night, and include VAT (tax) and service.
