The large, modern kitchens are fully fitted, including extras such as a washer/dryer and a coffee machine. Bow Lane is within walking distance of London's financial district and is surrounded by famous landmarks, including the London Stock Exchange, St Paul's Cathedral and the Bank of England. A short walk over the Millennium Bridge will take you to the new Tate Modern gallery at Bankside.

Bow Lane is close to several underground stations: St Paul's, Bank and Mansion House. These allow easy access to all of central London via the District, Circle and Central lines. The apartments are within walking distance of the Barbican Centre, the River Thames and all central City areas. The attractions of Covent Garden and the West End are only a short underground, bus or taxi ride away.

Booking Procedure
The Oakwood Bow Lane Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged immediately, but will be kept on file until 24 hours prior to your arrival (see section below). The card will be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
Your credit card will be charged in full 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of less than 30 nights the apartments must receive notification of cancellation in writing at least 7 working days prior to the actual arrival date. Provided that cancellation is received within this notice period, the apartments will not charge any cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days prior to the arrival date, the guest is liable for the rent for the duration of the stay, subject to the apartment being re-let.

For stays of more than 30 nights the apartments must receive notification of cancellation in writing at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Provided that cancellation is received within this notice period, the apartments will not charge any cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date, the guest is liable for the rent for the duration of the stay, subject to the apartment being re-let.

Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.

= VAT rate falls from 17.5% to 3.5% after 28 days. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
