Standard Two Bedroom Apartment

This apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, as well as a double sofa bed. It can accommodate up to five people and is on the lower ground floor.

The apartments are situated in the heart of Chelsea, a short walk from both Sloane Square and South Kensington underground stations. Belgravia, Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Hyde Park are all nearby, and there are many prestigious shops and an eclectic mix of fine restaurants on your doorstep.

Travel Information:

Sloane Square and South Kensington underground stations are approximately five and 10 minutes' walk away respectively, providing access to the Central and District lines with quick and simple connections to the rest of the city. Just one stop away from Sloane Square underground station is Victoria underground and main line station, with access to national rail connections including the Gatwick Express, which runs every 15 minutes to Gatwick Airport.

Booking Procedure
No. 1 Sloane Avenue Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
When your signed booking form with your credit card details has been received, a confirmation will be despatched to you to let you know your booking has been secured.

Please note that there is a surcharge on payments made by credit card. This is 4% on payments made by American Express, or of 3% for all other cards. There is no surcharge for payments made by debit cards.

Payment
The full payment must be paid no later than the date of arrival before occupying the apartment. Failure to do so will constitute cancellation of the booking by the guest.

Payment will be monthly with the first months payment to be taken no later than the date of arrival before occupying the apartment.

Security Deposit
The Apartments reserve the right to charge on the guest's credit card for any loss sustained by the apartments, damage, laundry, telephone bills, satellite charges or other expenses incurred by the guest and not paid for prior to, on or after the date of departure.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 21 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of three nights' rental if the booking is for two weeks or less, or one week's rental if the booking is for more than two weeks.

Stays of 1-6 nights are subject to availability and can only be booked up to 10 days in advance. Please note that specific apartment types (standard/deluxe) cannot be guaranteed for stays of this length.
