Booking Procedure
Metropolitan Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Metropolitan Apartments take the first month’s rent including VAT upfront, plus a two week security deposit.

Payment
At the beginning of each month, a month's rent will be taken in advance.

Security Deposit
A deposit equal to two weeks' rent will be taken upfront.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 12:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required one month in advance of your arrival date. If you cancel less than a month before arrival you will be charged for a maximum of seven days' accommodation.
