The nearest tube station is Green Park, approximately five minutes' walk away, providing access to the Piccadilly, Jubilee and Victoria underground lines.

Booking Procedure
The Mayfair House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. Your card will then be charged for the total cost of the stay 14 days prior to the arrival date.

For bookings made within 14 days of the check-in date, your card will be charged immediately for the total cost of the stay.

Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa.

Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival (see above).

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge.

For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
