Reception is open 24 hours a day to assist with any enquiries, and your apartment is serviced three times a week to ensure it is always fresh and clean. Additional maid service is available upon request, charged at £8 per hour.

Booking Procedure
The Leonard Hotel & Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
On booking, a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your credit card.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment (less the deposit you will have already paid) at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
An imprint of your credit card will be requested on arrival to cover any incidental expenses you might occur during your stay. This authorisation will be normally be a minimum of £250. Incidental expenses will be charged on a weekly basis.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required at least 28 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge.
