Booking Procedure
The Lakeview Court Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Full payment will be taken from the card used to guarantee the booking 14 days before the date of check-in, or immediately if the check-in date is within 14 days at the time of the booking.

Payment
Full payment will be taken prior to arrival, see above. Any extras charged to the apartment must be settled upon departure.

Security Deposit
You will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00, through the Thistle Westminster Hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Any cancellation made within 14 days will be subject to cancellation charges equivalent to the entire rental period.
