Booking Procedure
The Kensington Gardens Square Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For reservations made at least 14 days in advance, your card will be charged at the time of booking for one nights' stay.

For reservations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date, your card will be charged for the total cost of the stay.

Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard. There is no charge for payments made by Switch/Maestro.

Payment
For bookings made more than 14 days in advance, your card will be charged for the total remaining cost 7 days prior to arrival.

For bookings made less than 14 days in advance, payment will be taken in full at the time of booking (see above).

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

Kensington Gardens Square Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of seven days' apartment rental.

= VAT rate falls from 17.5% to 3.5% after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
