Booking Procedure
The Hyde Park Executive Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For stays of 1-14 nights, your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
For stays of 15 nights or more, once the booking has been submitted, the Hyde Park Executive Apartments will charge your card an amount equal to 25% of the total cost of your stay.
Please note that all credit card transactions are subject to a 3% handling charge.
Payment
For stays of 1-14 nights, full payment will be made on arrival.
For stays of 15 nights or more, payment of the remaining balance (less the deposit paid at the time of booking) will be made on arrival.
Security Deposit
On arrival, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card (to the value of £500.00) to cover any incidental expenses or damages. Deposits may also be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-14 days notification of cancellation is required 24 hours prior to 2pm on the day of arrival. Cancellations made after this point will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay.
For stays of 15 days or more notification of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this point will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay.
