The Hoxton Apartments by Oakwood are located in a vibrant area, recently described as the epicentre of London's art and fashion scene. There is an eclectic mix of galleries, restaurants and nightlife within easy reach, and Liverpool Street and the City are just a short walk away.

Old Street and Liverpool Street stations are both nearby, offering access to underground and main line services.

Booking Procedure
The Hoxton Apartments by Oakwood can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged immediately, but will be kept on file and charged in full 24 hours prior to your arrival. The card will also be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
Your credit card will be charged in full 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Hoxton Apartments by Oakwood accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa

Cancellation Policy
For stays of less than 30 nights the apartments must receive notification of cancellation in writing at least 7 working days prior to the actual arrival date. Provided that cancellation is received within this notice period, the apartments will not charge any cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days prior to the arrival date, the guest is liable for the rent for the duration of the stay, subject to the apartment being re-let.

For stays of more than 30 nights the apartments must receive notification of cancellation in writing at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Provided that cancellation is received within this notice period, the apartments will not charge any cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date, the guest is liable for the rent for the duration of the stay, subject to the apartment being re-let.

Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.

= VAT rate falls from 17.5% to 3.5% after 28 days. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
