All rates are per apartment (NOT per person)
All rates are inclusive of VAT as applicable and service.
When you make a reservation through central-london-apartments.com, the rates that you see on the
website (and the booking request form) at the time you make the booking are the rates that we apply
and confirm to you. If there are any unforeseen changes or problems with your reservation, we will
automatically contact you first for your approval/instructions, before arranging a reservation for
you.
In the event that the apartment of your choice is fully booked at the time of submitting your
reservation request (complete with credit card details), central-london-apartments.com will endeavour
to offer you an alternative apartment of similar price, quality and location. We will not, of course,
proceed with an alternative reservation without your prior approval. However, if you state a specific
alternative apartment on the booking request form, we will make that reservation for you
automatically should your first choice of apartment be unavailable for your chosen dates.
After you submit the secure online booking request form, you will soon be notified by email of your
reservation confirmation, including full booking details: your booking reference, a street map
showing the apartment's location, the apartment's cancellation policy, address and telephone number,
so you'll have all the information you need.
Your e-mail confirmation will usually be with you the same day if you booked between 9am and 4.30pm
UK time, Monday to Friday. If you have booked outside of these times, your e-mail notification will
arrive the following morning, or on the following Monday if you booked during the weekend or after
5pm UK time on Friday. We will always try to get the confirmation to you as soon as possible.
If for any reason you are unable to access the e-mail address you gave us in the secure booking
request form, please e-mail us using an alternative e-mail account as soon as possible, stating your
details, at priority1@central-london-apartments.com. Alternatively, telephone our offices on

PAYMENT
central-london-apartments.com is a NO FEE service and credit card details are used by the apartments
only, in the process of booking the apartment(s) as per your instructions.
Each apartment has its own terms and conditions relating to how you pay for your booking. You can
see these details on every apartment's web page, towards the bottom of the descriptive text.
CANCELLATIONS
Each apartment has its own cancellation policy, which you can read on that apartment's web page,
towards the bottom of the descriptive text.
To cancel a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email, quoting your
booking reference number (also contained within our email). We will then make the cancellation with
the apartments. If any cancellation charges apply, we will liaise with the apartments on your behalf
to try to reduce them to a minimum, and will contact you to confirm what (if anything) will be
charged to your credit card.
If you need to cancel a booking urgently, and it is outside our office hours, then we advise you to
inform the apartment directly using the contact details you'll find on the confirmation email.
If you fail to arrive at the apartment on your intended date of arrival without prior cancellation
within the specified period, the apartment is entitled to charge your credit card. The amount of
this cancellation charge depends upon the terms and conditions of the particular apartment. You can
find this information on every apartment's web page under the heading 'Cancellation Policy'.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
central-london-apartments.com excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to this website.
This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is
accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose. central-london-apartments.com shall
not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this website.

or arrange a refund for the difference.
The price match promise applies to all apartments bearing the logo you can see on this page. In
addition, as we are committed to passing on the best possible savings to our valued customers, if
you find a lower rate for an apartment that does not bear the logo we will gladly do our best
to match the quoted rate.

PRICE MATCH PROMISE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The guarantee applies only to apartments bearing the price promise logo.
- Price match requests must be submitted to us within 24 hours of confirming your booking. Please note we are unable to process claims for bookings made within 7 days of your arrival date.
- Citybase apartments only price match to other UK web sites.
- The price match rate must be publicly available on the comparison website and must not require us to call, email or submit any communication with that website. Please e-mail the URL (address) of the webpage showing the lower price to pricematch@citybaseapartments.com including your name and our booking ref.
- The guarantee applies only to internet sites that have the exact apartment supplier and identical apartment type matching the same payment and cancellation rules and must be immediately available for the same dates where the service is priced accurately.
- Price matches must be for the total cost and include any handling charges, booking fees, credit card fees and the like. Citybase Apartments do not match the price of any quotes which have included promotional vouchers or money off discounts.
- Any adjustments which require a refund will be issued back by the same method used to pay for the apartment.
- Citybase apartments reserve the right to refuse any claim where we are unable to verify the claim to our satisfaction, in accordance with the above points.
- If we are unable to match the competitor price and you consequently decide to cancel your booking with us, we will honor that request without penalty.
