Booking Procedure
The Grand Plaza Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For stays of 1–13 nights booked at standard rates, your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
For stays of 14–30 nights booked at standard rates, payment will be due in full 8 days prior to arrival, or immediately for bookings made less than eight days prior to arrival.
For stays of over 30 nights booked at standard rates, the first month's payment will be due in full 8 days prior to arrival, or immediately for bookings made less than eight days prior to arrival. Successive payments will be made monthly, in advance.
For stays of over 90 nights made at standard rates, payment for the first month will be due 15 days prior to arrival, or immediately for bookings made less than 15 days prior to arrival. Successive payments will be made monthly, in advance.
Please note that there is an additional 2% handling charge for payments made by credit card.

Security Deposit

For stays of 14 nights or more, a deposit will be required on arrival. This deposit will be refunded within one week of departure, unless any deductions are made for incidental expenses or damages.
For stays of 14-90 nights, the deposit will be £250.
For stays of 91 nights or more, the deposit will be £500.
