The property is located close to the King’s Road, with its many fashionable boutiques, bistros, restaurants, cinema and health clubs. This part of Chelsea is known as “The Beach” and is extremely popular with trendsetters and glitterati alike. Neighbouring “The Boltons”, a desirable area of only 30 houses situated around a garden square, Gilston Road has long been one of the most envied and quiet A-list addresses in London.

Travel Information:

Nearby Gloucester Road underground is serviced by the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines, with direct connection to main line stations, Heathrow Airport and London’s West End. Victoria railway station offers express services to Gatwick Airport every 15 minutes, and Paddington station has an express service to Heathrow Airport every 15 minutes. There are also many convenient bus routes nearby. A chauffeur service or taxi reservations can be arranged upon request.

Booking Procedure
Fraser Place Chelsea can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged in advance at the time of booking for an amount equal to 4 weeks rent, plus the security deposit (see below).

Payment
Payment is required on a weekly basis, with the remaining amount payable upon checkout. Please note that personal cheques are only accepted up to the amount shown on the cheque guarantee card.

Security Deposit
A deposit equal to 4 weeks rent is required at the time of booking to cover any incidental expenses. Deposits are returned 2-3 weeks after the apartment has been vacated.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation charge will apply for any cancellations made less than four weeks prior to arrival. Please contact us by phone or email if you require the exact details for your booking. Any booking comprising more than one apartment will be treated as a group booking and will therefore carry special terms and conditions.
