All apartments contain a double sofa bed in the living area, so each apartment can easily sleep two extra people - for example, a one-bedroom apartment can sleep up to four people.

One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment

This apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, plus a double sofa bed so it can sleep up to four people. The bathroom is separate, not en-suite, so this apartment is ideal if guests are staying on the sofa bed. Most One Bedroom Deluxe Apartments have a balcony.

One Bedroom Super Deluxe Apartment

The Super Deluxe also has a bedroom with a double bed, and a double sofa bed, making it suitable for up to four people. It has a more spacious lounge and bedroom than the One Bedroom Deluxe, and the bathroom is en-suite.

Two Bedroom Super Deluxe Apartment

This apartment contains a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with two single beds. There’s also a second guest bathroom and a private balcony. A double sofa bed means that the apartment can accommodate up to six people.

Three Bedroom Superior Apartment

Similar to the Two Bedroom Super Deluxe Apartment, this apartment also offers a larger living area and kitchen, plus a third bedroom with a single bed which is ideal for a child. The apartment can sleep up to seven people.

Two Bedroom Grande Deluxe Apartment

Suitable for up to six people, this apartment contains all of the facilities you would find in the Two Bedroom Super Deluxe Apartment (see above). However, it has an even more spacious lounge, two balconies, en-suite facilities in the second bedroom and a separate cloakroom. You’ll also enjoy fantastic views over the River Thames.

Travel Information:

Fraser Place is a five-minute walk away from Canary Wharf underground station on the Jubilee Line, and Blackwall station on the Docklands Light Railway. It’s also easily accessible by road, with convenient links to the North Circular, M11 and M25. London City Airport is only three miles away. A free shuttle service operates on weekdays (7.30 - 9.30am and 5pm - 7pm) from Fraser Place to Canary Wharf and the local area.

Terms & Conditions:

Booking Procedure
Fraser Place Canary Wharf can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
If your stay is for 28 days or less, your card will not be charged and no pre-payment is required. Your card will only be used to guarantee the booking.

For bookings of 29 days or more, your credit card will be charged for the first 28 nights, 48 hours prior to arrival.

Payment
On arrival you will be required to make full payment for stays of 28 days or less, and to give an imprint of your card for any extras.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Cancellation Policy
There is no charge for reservations cancelled 48 hours or more prior to arrival.
For bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the following charges apply:
Stays of 1 - 14 nights = 1 night charge
Stays of 15 - 28 nights = 2 night charge
Stays of 29+ nights = 3 night charge

Please Note: For stays during the annual World Travel Market (November) or Boat Show (January) a cancellation charge will apply for cancellations made within one month of arrival. Please contact us by phone or email if you require the exact details for your booking.
