The apartments are directly across the road from Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and the Serpentine, ideal for a relaxing afternoon stroll. The hustle and bustle of Oxford Street is within easy walking distance, and excellent transport links put the rest of the city within easy reach.

Travel Information:

Lancaster Gate tube station is opposite the apartments, offering services on the Central line. Paddington station is also within walking distance, offering services on the Bakerloo, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines, as well as main line services and the Heathrow Express.

Booking Procedure
The Fountain House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
On arrival your credit or debit card will be pre-authorised a sum equal to £350 for a Two Bedroom Apartment, £450 for a Three Bedroom Apartment and £650 for a Penthouse Suite. This is to cover against any incidental breakages or damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment.
Guests should note that a charge of £275 is made for lost keys.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge.

For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
