These elegant apartments have a large, furnished living and dining room and an excellent, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. All apartments boast surround sound televisions, DVD players, personal video entry systems and broadband internet access along with a wide range of other amenities to ensure your luxury base in the city is completely convenient, functional and enjoyable: Please note that these apartments are non-smoking.

The apartments are located on Long Lane, just a few moments' walk from Borough and London Bridge stations. Guests can easily walk to the City in less than 10 minutes. The famous Borough market, offering fine food stalls, is just a few minutes' walk from the apartments. Alongside the market, numerous food shops and fashionable bars and restaurants can be found. The area is also renowned for its history, art and culture: the Tate Modern, Southwark Cathedral and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre are right on your doorstep.

Borough and London Bridge underground stations are only five minutes' walk away and provide access to the Northern and Jubilee lines.

Booking Procedure
Empire Square Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

After your reservation has been made you will receive an email from the apartments with their terms and conditions, which will need to be returned with a copy of your passport prior to arrival.

Credit Card Charges
On booking, your card will be charged for the first 30 days of the booking, or for the entire period if less than 30 days.

Please note that there is a 3.5% + VAT surcharge on payments made by Visa and Mastercard and a 4.5% + VAT surcharge on payments made by American Express.

Payment
Payment will be taken at the time of making the booking.

Security Deposit
At the time of booking, you will be contacted by the apartments and asked to provide a copy of your passport and a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.

Guests wishing to shorten their stay after check-in should be aware that the notice period of 72 hours to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay will still apply.
