Booking Procedure
The Dylan House Suites can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but will be pre-authorised an amount dependent on your length of stay:
Stays of 1-6 nights: your card will be pre-authorised for one nights accommodation costs.
Stays of 7-14 nights: your card will be pre-authorised for two nights accommodation costs.
Stays of 15-21 nights: your card will be pre-authorised for three nights accommodation costs.
Stays of 22 nights and over: your card will be pre-authorised for four nights accommodation costs

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Please note that there is a 5% surcharge on payments made by Visa credit card, MasterCard or Diners card and a 10% surcharge for payments made by American Express. There is no surcharge for payments made by debit cards.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required, however, the apartments may take an authorisation of your credit or debit card on arrival to cover against breakages and damages.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 11.00.
Please note that guests must check-in by 22:00 (10pm) as later arrivals are not possible.

Cancellation Policy
There is no charge for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one night’s accommodation.
