Terms & Conditions:

Booking Procedure
The Dylan House Suites can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Please note that there is a 5% surcharge on payments made by credit card.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay. This authorisation will be for £50 and will be cancelled on departure.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 11.00.

Cancellation Policy
There is no charge for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one night’s accommodation.
