Dolphin House Apartments

Guests at the Dolphin House Apartments benefit from a wide range of facilities, including 3.5 acres of residents' gardens, an on-site shopping arcade and access to Dolphin Spa & Fitness, which includes squash courts, riverside tennis court and croquet lawn (subject to additional costs). There is also a gymnasium and an 18-metre indoor swimming pool with poolside sauna and steam rooms.

The Dolphin Bar & Grill offers delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, together with a variety wines, draught beers, coffee and teas to complement your meal.

The Club Lounge and Champagne Bar, for the exclusive use of Dolphin House residents and guests, provides a luxurious environment with complimentary newspapers, wi-fi access, and a waited service for tea, coffee and pastries for the early part of the day and afternoon tea or drinks with canapés and light snacks later on and into the evening.

Amenities and services at a glance: Maid service, including linen and towel change, is provided daily for short stay guests, and twice weekly for guests staying for seven nights or more.

The apartments are within easy reach of many of London's major tourist attractions, including Tate Britain, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament and of course the River Thames. With Pimlico underground station within easy walking distance, you can be hitting the shops of Oxford Street, enjoying London's famous entertainment venues or indulging in one of London's fine restaurants in less than ten minutes.

The Dolphin House Apartments are within easy walking distance of Pimlico underground station, and a little further away (approximately 12 minutes' walk) is Victoria underground and main line station. From Victoria station, the Gatwick Express train runs every 15 minutes to Gatwick Airport.

Booking Procedure
The Dolphin House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For stays of 1-14 nights, booked at standard rates, your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

For stays of 15-28 nights, booked at standard rates and made more than 10 days prior to arrival, your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

For stays of 15-28 nights, booked at standard rates and made 10 days or less prior to arrival, your card will be charged for the first seven nights accommodation costs at the time of booking. This is non-refundable.

For stays of more than 28 nights payment terms will be discussed at the time of booking.

Payment
For stays of 1-14 nights, booked at standard rates, the apartments will pre-authorise your card for the full amount upon arrival. Actual payment will be taken on the day of departure.

For stays of 15-28 nights, booked at standard rates and made more than 10 days prior to arrival, seven nights accommodation costs will be taken 10 days prior to arrival. This is non refundable. The remaining balance will be payable upon arrival.

For stays of 15-28 nights, booked at standard rates and made 10 days or less prior to arrival, first seven nights accommodation costs will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be payable upon arrival.

For stays of more than 28 nights payment terms will be discussed at the time of booking.

Payment- Special Offer Bookings

For all bookings made under the Special Offer, your reservation is an advance purchase rate and full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Security Deposit
For stays of 1-14 nights, credit card authorisation will be required upon arrival.

For stays of 15 nights and over, a deposit of £250 per apartment will be required upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses or damages. This will be refunded one week after departure, if no expenses are incurred.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00.

Please note that for stays of 15 nights and over a Tenancy Agreement must be signed upon arrival. For stays of less than 15 nights a registration card must be completed upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings made at standard rates, the following policy applies:
For stays of 1-14 nights, notice of cancellation must be received 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one nights' accommodation costs.

For stays of 15-28 nights, notice of cancellation must be received at least 10 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to seven nights' accommodation costs.

For stays of over 28 nights, the cancellation policy will be agreed at the time of booking.

Please note that cancelled reservations cannot be rebooked at a rate lower than that originally booked.


For bookings made under the Special Offer, cancellations made at any time will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Your booking is non-transferable.

The One Bedroom Spring Offer rates apply to the One Bedroom Apartment only, for stays between the 1st March and 30th April 2010, subject to standard Terms and Conditions.
