Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment

This one bedroom apartments comes equipped with a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom. An extra two beds can be added upon request, for an additional charge, sleeping a third and fourth person.

Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartment

This two bedroom apartment comes equipped with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. An extra two beds can be added upon request, for an additional charge, sleeping a fifth and sixth person.

The apartments are within easy reach of Canary Wharf, home to a selection of international businesses, dockside bars, fine restaurants and modern shopping malls. The City is less than ten minutes away on the DLR and the West End is a fifteen minute tube ride away.

Travel Information:

The South Quay DLR (Docklands Light Railway) station is a short walk from the apartments providing easy access to the City. Canary Wharf Underground station is a few minutes away with services on the Jubilee Line. City Airport is less than 10 minutes away by car.

Terms & Conditions:

Booking Procedure
The Discovery Dock East Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation.

Please note: There will be a 2.88% surcharge for all payments made using Visa and MasterCard and a 3.56% surcharge for American Express. There is no additional charge for using Switch/Maestro or Visa Debit.

Payment
After your reservation has been made you will receive an email directly from the apartments containing their terms and conditions and a booking form. The booking form must be completed and returned within 24 hours to enable them to raise an invoice and take full payment. The booking will only be confirmed once the apartments have received cleared payment.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £250 will be added to the invoice raised by the apartments to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment. This will be refunded in full, once the apartment has been inspected and within a maximum of 14 days after departure.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required at least 28 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 28 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation charges.
