Travel Information:

Baker Street tube station is approximately ten to fifteen minutes walk away, providing services on the Jubilee, Bakerloo, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. There are also frequent bus services from Park Road into the city.

Booking Procedure
The Crown Court Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note that all payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of up to 6 days you will be charged for 1 day.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for 3 days.
