Booking Procedure
The Crompton Court Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged for 3 nights' accommodation costs at the time of booking.

There will be no charge for using credit cards, however, in the event of a cancellation being received 7 days or more prior to arrival, a 5% credit card handling fee will be charged. Please see cancellation policy.

Payment
The remaining balance will be payable upon arrival.

For stays of 14 nights and over, invoices can be issued weekly upon request.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.

Cancellations received 7 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded all monies paid minus a 5% credit card handling fee.

Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the 3 nights' accommodation costs paid at the time of booking.
