The Craven House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged the full amount at the time of booking.

There is a 4% surcharge for using Visa, Diner's and MasterCard. There is no charge for using Switch/Maestro.

Payment
Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 28 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

For bookings made between 14 and 28 days prior to arrival, any cancellations made will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation costs.

Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
