Two Bedroom Penthouse Apartment
This top floor apartment is larger than the standard Two Bedroom Apartment, and features floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining area which offer panoramic views. The apartment has two bedrooms which can each be configured with either a king sized bed or twin beds- please state your preference on the booking request form.
Locality and Attractions:
Wimbledon is famous for the annual Tennis Championships, held at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, but also offers a range of other attractions. Wimbledon Common, the setting for the well-loved children's series The Wombles, offers a large open space ideal for walking or jogging, and the New Wimbledon Theatre hosts a wide variety of touring productions. The apartments are just a short walk away from Wimbledon station, which offers main line services to London and a range of other destinations, London Underground services on the District line, and Tramlink services on Route 3. There are also bus services throughout the local area. London Heathrow Airport is just over half an hour's drive away. Terms & Conditions:
Booking Procedure
The Courtyard Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
After your reservation has been made you will receive an email from the apartments with their registration form, which will need to be completed and returned within 72 business hours in order to confirm the reservation. If the form is not received by the apartments within this time, the apartment will be released and the reservation cancelled. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that the forms are completed and returned promptly.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged at the time of booking for the total cost of the stay plus the security deposit (see below). For stays of over 28 nights, you will also be charged a tenancy agreement fee of £88.13 (including VAT).
Please note that there is a surcharge of 4% for payments made by American Express or Diners Card, and a surcharge of 3.5% for payments made by Visa, Mastercard or Switch/Maestro.

Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival (see above).
Security Deposit
For stays of less than 14 nights your card will be pre-authorised at the time of booking for £250 per apartment. Please note that this pre-authorisation will be deducted from your available balance and may take up to seven days to be released after departure.
For stays of between 14 and 28 nights a deposit equal to 50% of the stay is required.
For stays of over 28 nights a deposit equal to four weeks stay is required. This is generally returned five weeks after departure.
Deductions may be made from the deposit in case of incidental expenses, damages or failure to comply with terms of conduct and noise.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of less than 28 nights, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this point will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking. Any amendment which shortens the stay will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the cancelled nights.
For stays of 28 nights or more, cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee of up to two weeks' accommodation charge. The cancellation charge is equal to the shortfall in notice, e.g. if notice is given ten days prior to arrival, the charge will be equal to four days' accommodation.
Please note that this cancellation policy also applies to amendments which shorten the booking.
