Two Bedroom Apartment

This two bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed in each bedroom, full kitchen and two bathrooms. Some apartments come complete with a balcony and an extra bed can be added upon request, for an additional charge, sleeping a fifth person.

Locality and Attractions:

The apartments are conveniently located in the centre of the city. The Square Mile, home to a number of international financial institutions and the iconic Gherkin building, 30 St Mary Axe, is less than five minutes away on foot. A number of famous historic landmarks are close by including Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and the Bank of England. The River Thames is a short walk away and number of traditional pubs, fine restaurants and fashionable bars are nearby.

Travel Information:

A number of key transport links are just a short walk away from the apartments. Aldgate East Underground station is just steps away offering services on the District and Hammersmith & City lines. Aldgate Underground (Circle and Metropolitan), Tower Gateway (DLR) and Liverpool Street (national services) stations are all nearby.

Terms & Conditions:

Booking Procedure
The City Reach Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Once the reservation has been made, the apartments will contact you directly by email with a credit card authorisation form. This must be completed, signed and returned within two days along with a copy of the back of your card.
For bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival, the form must be completed and returned the same day.
If the form isn't completed and returned within said time, the apartments reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

City Reach Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation fee.

Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation costs.
