The Apartments are located close to the River Thames and the National Gallery, with its impressive collection of paintings, opening out onto Trafalgar Square. The surrounding streets overflow with shops, and great shopping and entertainment can be found not far away at Covent Garden. Leicester Square, with its famous cinemas, and London's 'theatreland' are just a short walk away.

Both Charing Cross and Embankment underground stations are less than five minutes' walk away. Charing Cross provides access to the Northern and Bakerloo lines, as well as main line train services. From Embankment, you can access the Northern and Bakerloo lines along with the Circle and District lines.

Booking Procedure
Citadines Trafalgar Square Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For stays less than 30 nights, a credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.

For stays of 30 or more nights, a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total cost of the accommodation being reserved is required in order to guarantee the booking.

All confirmation deposits must be received at the time of booking or at least 14 days prior to arrival, whichever is the later. If not received, Citadines Trafalgar Square Apartments reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice. Deposits may be paid by credit card upon receipt of the cardholder's signed authority and a clearly legible copy of both sides of said card. Where a corporate/company credit card is being used, the copy of the card must be presented on your company headed paper.

Payment
For stays less than 30 nights, payment of accommodation charges will be made on arrival.

For stays of 30 or more nights, unless prior arrangements have been made the full payment of the first 30 day period of accommodation and tax is due upon arrival along with a security deposit of £20.00 per day of stay at Citadines Trafalgar Square Apartments. Security deposits are refundable on departure less deductions for any incidental charges incurred.

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer, (cleared funds to be received prior to arrival), cash and the major credit cards. Subsequent periods of accommodation will be invoiced/charged in advance to your credit card in periods of 30 nights or part thereof as applicable. In all cases, Citadines Trafalgar Square Apartments will provide an invoice for the period charged for your records. Any outstanding incidental charges must be settled upon departure but longer stay guests will be invoiced periodically to ensure their accounts remain in credit.

Security Deposit
For stays of 30 or more nights a security deposit of £20.00 per day of stay at Citadines Trafalgar Square Apartments is taken on arrival. No deposit is taken for stays of less than 30 nights.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Citadines Trafalgar Square Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required by 3pm at the latest on the day prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
For stays of less than 7 nights the cancellation charge will be equal to one nights' stay.
For stays of between 7 and 29 nights the cancellation charge will be equal to 2 nights' stay.
For stays of 30 nights and over the cancellation charge will be equal to three nights' stay.

An option held upon an extension to a rental period is subject to the cancellation terms as notified above.
