The Circus Apartments are located at Canary Riverside, only five minutes' walk away from all the major companies based at Canary Wharf, London's most dynamic business district. The City is ten minutes away, City Airport is even closer, and the West End is just 17 minutes' ride on the excellent Jubilee line extension.

Travel Information:

The nearest tube station (about five minutes' walk away) is Canary Wharf, with access to the Jubilee Line and Docklands Light Railway.

Terms & Conditions:

Booking Procedure
Circus Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged but simply used to guarantee the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
For stays of less than 28 nights you will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at. For stays of over 28 nights you will be asked for the first month's accommodation charge in advance. Subsequent months will be charged at the start of each month.

Please note that payments made by credit card are subject to a 3.5% service charge.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

End of Tenancy
An end of Tenancy charge of £40+VAT per 1 bedroom apartment and £50+VAT per 2 bedroom apartment will be raised on stays of 7 nights or more. This charge covers the administration fees, inventory and deep cleaning of the apartment.

Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00.

Cancellation Policy
Stays of 1-6 nights: Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing at least 72 hours prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a fee of one night's rent.

Stays of 7 - 27 nights: Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be given a refund subject to the apartment being re-let. In the event that the apartment cannot be re-let, a cancellation charge of three nights' stay will be raised.

Stays of 28 nights or over: Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing at least 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 28 days prior to arrival date will be given a refund subject to the apartment being re-let. In the event that the apartment cannot be re-let, a cancellation charge of 7 nights' stay will be raised.
