Canary South Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings made at standard rates, your card will be charged at the time of booking for the first 30 days of your stay, or for the entire period if less than 30 days.
Please note that there is a 3.5% surcharge on payments made by Visa and Mastercard and a 4.5% surcharge on payments made by American Express and Diner's Club.
For all bookings made under the Special Offer, your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
Payment
For bookings made at standard rates:
Payment will be taken at the time of making the booking. For stays of 30 nights, payment will be taken at the time of making the booking.
For stays of over 30 nights, payment for the first month will be taken at the time of making the booking. The second month will be payable at week 4 of your stay. Any further months are due every 4 weeks.
For bookings made under the Special Offer, your reservation is an advance purchase rate and full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Security Deposit
On arrival, your card will be pre-authorised for up to £200 to cover any incidental expenses and you will be asked to provide a copy of your passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please note: For security reasons, you may be asked to show the card used to secure your reservation.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:30.

Guests wishing to shorten their stay after check-in should be aware that the notice period of 72 hours to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay will still apply.
Please note that cancelled reservations cannot be rebooked at a rate lower than that originally booked.
