Booking Procedure
Canary South Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
After your reservation has been made you will receive an email from the apartments with their terms and conditions, which will need to be returned with a copy of your passport prior to arrival.
Credit Card Charges
At the time of booking, your card will be charged for the first 30 days of your stay, or for the entire period if less than 30 days.
Please note that there is a 3.5% + VAT surcharge on payments made by Visa and Mastercard and a 4.5% + VAT surcharge on payments made by American Express.
Payment
Payment will be taken at the time of making the booking.
Security Deposit
At the time of booking, you will be asked to provide a copy of your passport and a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.
