Small Penthouse Apartment

The Penthouse Apartments offer the most comfortable accommodation of all the apartments. There is one double bedroom and one single bedroom, and there are also two bathrooms. In addition, each has its own private roof terrace.

Large Penthouse Apartment

Even more spacious than the Small Penthouse (see above), this apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition, each has its own private roof terrace.

Situated within London's financial district, just a stone's throw from St Paul's Cathedral, the Bank of England and the Museum of London, Calico House is an ideal base for the business or leisure traveller. During the daytime the area is bustling with City workers, whilst the numerous fine bars and restaurants come to life in the evenings.

The nearest tube station is Mansion House, less than five minutes' walk away, which is on the Circle and District lines.

Terms & Conditions:

Booking Procedure
Calico House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
A credit card number must be supplied for payment and deposits to guarantee the reservation. However, the card will only be charged a few days prior to arrival, or if a cancellation fee should apply.

For bookings of less than 28 days the deposit is only pre-authorised, not banked against the card.

Payment
Payment for your apartment will be taken from the credit card used to guarantee the reservation, if you wish to pay by an alternative card/method, please advise us when booking.

Security Deposit
For all reservations Calico House requires a £500.00 deposit. For reservations of less than 28 days this is only pre-authorised against a credit card. For bookings of more than 28 days the deposit is banked. Provided that no cancellation charges are incurred, the deposit is refunded in full a few days prior to arrival. Cash deposits are not accepted unless a special arrangement has been made in advance at the property.

All guests are required to sign a temporary accommodation licence prior to occupying the apartment.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 21 days prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled within 21 days of the arrival date are subject to a charge of 100% of the total payment, up to a maximum of three weeks. No charges will apply during the period an apartment is re-let. Reservations made within 21 days of arrival will be subject to special cancellation terms agreed with the property at the time of booking.
