Notting Hill is a lively area packed with shops, cinemas, bars and restaurants and renowned for the Notting Hill Carnival, which takes place every year on the last weekend in August. It's the second largest carnival in the world, after the Rio De Janeiro Carnival, and includes parades with people in colourful costumes, partying in the streets, cultural and musical performances featuring calypso music, international acts and lots more. The well-known Portobello market, the largest antiques market in the world, is also nearby.

Transport across the entire capital is convenient and simple, with Paddington underground and main line rail station just a 10-minute walk away. From Paddington, Heathrow Airport is less than 15 minutes away via the Heathrow Express train. By road, London Heathrow is 15 miles, and this is approximately a 40- to 50-minute journey.

Booking Procedure
The Notting Hill Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Please note that third party bookings cannot be made for this property as the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented by the guest on check-in.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will be used to guarantee the booking, and will be charged a maximum of 3 days prior to arrival.

For stays of less than 28 nights your card will be charged with the full cost of your stay.

For stays of 28 nights and over, your card will be charged for the first month's stay and subsequent months will be charged at the start of each month.

Please note that a 3% service charge fee applies to all credit card payments. There is no charge for payments made by debit card.

Payment
Payment will be taken prior to arrival (see above).

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit of £250. This can be pre-authorised against a credit card or paid in cash. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay, and will be released/refunded on departure once the apartment has been checked.

End of Tenancy
An End of Tenancy Charge of £40 + VAT per apartment will be raised on stays of 7 nights or more. This charge covers the administration fees, inventory and deep cleaning of the apartment.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Guests will be required to present the credit or debit card used to make the reservation and a form of photographic identification upon check-in.

Please note: Reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00; guests wishing to check-in outside these hours must go to the nearby Prince's Square Apartments

Cancellation Policy
Stays of 1-6 nights: Notification of cancellation has to be received at least 72 hours prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a fee of one night's rent.

Stays of 7 - 27 nights: Notification of cancellation has to be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be given a refund subject to the apartment being re-let. In the event that the apartment cannot be re-let, a cancellation charge of three nights' stay will be raised.

Stays of 28 nights or over: Notification of cancellation has to be received at least 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date will be given a refund subject to the apartment being re-let. In the event that the apartment cannot be re-let, a cancellation charge of 7 nights' stay will be raised.
