Booking Procedure
The Brushfield Street Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made. After the booking has been completed, you will receive check-in procedures and the apartments' own confirmation form, which will need to be completed and returned to fully confirm the booking.

Your card will be charged the full amount for your stay at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £350.00 will be taken at the time of booking to cover against breakages and damages. This deposit will be refunded within seven days of your departure and once the apartment has been checked.

Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

Cancellation Policy
Stays of 7 nights or less: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 3 days prior to the date of arrival.
Stays of 8 - 30 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
Stays of 31 - 42 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
Stays of 43 nights or more: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival.
Cancellations received after the appropriate cut-off point will be subject to a charge equal to the nightly rate for the number of days since the deadline has passed, e.g. if ten days' notice has been given where fourteen is required the cancellation charge will be for four nights.
