The Creechurch Apartments are within walking distance of the financial district, the River Thames and the new Tate Modern Gallery at Bankside. The area is full of historical landmarks such as the Monument, the Bank of England and St Paul's Cathedral.

The nearest tube station is Aldgate, giving access to the Metropolitan and Circle lines. Tower Gateway Docklands Light Railway (DLR) station is also within a short walking distance.

Booking Procedure
The Creechurch Apartments by BridgeStreet can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking, but simply used to guarantee the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
For stays of less than 28 nights, The Creechurch Apartments require full prepayment at the rate you booked at. For stays of over 28 nights the first month's accommodation charge is required in advance. Subsequent months will be charged at the start of each month.

Please note payment will be taken one working day before check-in.

Please note that a 3% service charge applies to all card payments.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card or a cash deposit. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

End of Tenancy
An End of Tenancy Charge of £40 + VAT per one-bedroom apartment and £50 + VAT per two-bedroom apartment will be raised on stays of 7 nights or more. This charge covers the administration fees, inventory and deep cleaning of the apartment.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

The Creechurch Apartments by BridgeStreet accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa

Cancellation Policy
Stays of 1-6 nights: Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing at least 72 hours before midday on the day of scheduled arrival. Cancellations received after this will be subject to a fee of one night's rent.

Stays of 7 - 27 nights: Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded subject to the apartment being re-let. In the event that the apartment cannot be re-let, a cancellation charge of three nights' stay will be raised.

Stays of 28 nights or over: Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing at least 28 days before the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded subject to the apartment being re-let. In the event that the apartment cannot be re-let, a cancellation charge of 7 nights' stay will be raised.

= VAT rate falls from 17.5% to 3.5% after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
