How do I make a group booking?
If you want to make a booking for a group of people, please contact one of our customer service representatives to discuss your requirements.
When you have finished, click 'continue' to be taken to the next page, where you will enter your credit card details. Your address will appear automatically; if this is not the address of the card holder, tick the 'change card holder details' box and you will be able to enter a different address. To submit your details, click 'book apartment now'.
Can I use another method of payment?
If you wish to make a corporate booking and want to pay by an alternative method such as a bank transfer, this can be arranged, but you will not be able to use the Booking Request Form because it requires credit card details. Instead, please fill in an Enquiry Form stating your preferred method of payment, or call us for more information on +44 845 6442714.
If your chosen apartment does not have availability on the date(s) you require, we will email you suggesting some alternative apartments that are as close as possible to your preferred apartment in terms of location and price. Only if you accept an alternative will we proceed with your booking.
Step 1: Search
The easiest way to search for an apartment is to use the search box on the homepage and most sub pages. Select your preferred area of London and the number of nights you wish to stay from the drop-down menus, plus an apartment type. Then click on the 'search' button, and a list of possible apartments will be displayed.Alternatively, you can use our interactive map or area breakdown options to find an appropriate apartment. Click on a particular apartment to find out about it in more detail.
Step 2: Book
When you've chosen an apartment, click on 'Book apartment now' to go through to the secure online Booking Request Form. You will need to fill in your arrival and departure dates, the type of apartment required, the number of apartments and guests, and your name, address and telephone number. (If you tick the 'Remember my details' box, your contact details will automatically be filled in for you next time you visit this page). There's also a box for any special requests you may have, although we cannot guarantee these will be fulfilled.How do I make a group booking?

Step 3: Confirmation
Your booking request has now been sent, but your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. You should receive this the same day if you book before 16:30 UK time Monday to Friday, otherwise on the next UK working day.If your chosen apartment does not have availability on the date(s) you require, we will email you suggesting some alternative apartments that are as close as possible to your preferred apartment in terms of location and price. Only if you accept an alternative will we proceed with your booking.
