Booking Procedure
The Bittern House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note that there is an additional charge of 4% for payments made by American Express and 3% for Visa and Mastercard.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £100 will be held to cover any incidental expenses including telephone calls.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings made at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival, notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge. For stays of 1-6 nights you would be charged for 1 night. For stays of 7 or more nights you would be charged for 3 nights.

For bookings made less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, cancellation at any time will incur a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
