The world's busiest international airport, with flights to more than 170 countries, is a spectacular gateway to one of the world's busiest and most exciting cities: London. Connections to and from central London are superb, with the Heathrow Express providing a rail link into central London every 15 minutes around the clock, and a journey time of just 15 minutes. Extensive car parking at the airport is secure and affordable, and if you've forgotten anything then the multiple shops in all of Heathrow's terminals can provide for every need.

The apartments are just 30 minutes from London by car, or 15 minutes from Paddington by Heathrow Express, and are close to the M25 and M4 motorway networks. Heathrow Airport is just 5 minutes away by car, and 10 minutes by Hoppa Bus.

Booking Procedure
The Berkeley Park Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will be pre-authorised for the total cost of the stay on the day of arrival or the day prior to arrival. If this charge is not authorised at this time then the booking will be cancelled.

Payment
For stays of less than 28 nights the Berkeley Park Apartments require full payment on arrival at the rate you booked at.

For stays of over 28 nights the first month's accommodation charge is required in advance. Subsequent months will be charged at the start of each month.

Please note that credit card payments must be made with the card used to make the booking.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit of £250. This can be pre-authorised against a credit card or paid in cash. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay, and will be released/refunded on departure once the apartment has been checked.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-6 nights: Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If a cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to arrival then a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights accommodation will be charged.

For stays of 7 nights or more: Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to arrival then a cancellation fee equivalent to three nights accommodation will be charged.

= VAT falls from the standard rate to a lower rate after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
