The apartments are only a fifteen minute walk from the city centre where a wide range of popular sights, attractions, shops, museums, restaurants and night-life are on offer.

Highbury and Islington underground station is a short walk away providing access to the Victoria Line. Caledonian Road and Barnsbury rail station is across from the apartments with links to overground services. Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations are all within easy reach.

Booking Procedure
The Barnsbury Park Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note: there is a 1.7% surcharge for using Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Please note: Arrivals after 21.00 are subject to a late check-in fee. Please contact us for further details on what these fees will be.

Amendments
Amendments to the length of stay will be subject to the following charges:

Notification of amendment received over 15 days prior to arrival will be subject to £15.00 per night administration fee.

Notification of amendment received between 1 and 15 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee equal to 1/3 of one nights accommodation costs.

Any other amendments made to the booking will be subject to an administration fee of £15.00.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received will be subject to a cancellation fee. The following charges apply:

For stays of less than three weeks:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival: £15.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.

For stays of three weeks and over:
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 29 and 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.
