Athenaeum Apartments

Guests at the apartments can make use of the five-star facilities at the Athenaeum Hotel, including the Spa. Open exclusively to Athenaeum guests, the Spa provides a blissful antidote to the stresses and strains of central London, where you can take a warm, relaxing dip in the jacuzzi, unwind in the sauna and steam room or work out in the gym. A personal trainer can be booked to give one-to-one training using the Athenaeum Hotel's advanced Techno gym equipment. All of these facilities are available 24 hours a day.

Guests of the Athenaeum Apartments may wish to take advantage of the championship golf course provided by the Athenaeum's sister hotel The Grove. The Athenaeum Hotel concierge will be happy to arrange the 40-minute car or train transfer for guests to the course. Clubs can also be hired from the clubhouse.

The restaurant, bar and lounge of the Athenaeum Hotel have a distinct and welcoming ambience, and room service is available 24 hours a day.

The Athenaeum Apartments have a few interconnecting apartments available. If you require one of these, please indicate this on the booking form.

The Athenaeum Apartments are within easy reach of Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, bustling Piccadilly Circus and the theatres and galleries of the West End. Stroll behind the hotel down the cobbled streets of Shepherd's Market and you'll find the fashionable shops of Bond Street.

Green Park tube station - within five minutes' walk of the Athenaeum Apartments - provides access to the Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly lines. The Piccadilly line offers a direct link to Heathrow Airport.

Booking Procedure
The Athenaeum Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged but simply used to guarantee the booking. Your card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for a credit card which will be authorised for the full cost of your stay at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card or a cash deposit - this is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required at least 7 days prior to arrival.

For stays of 1-6 nights, you will be charged for only one night's accommodation.

For stays of seven nights or more, you will be charged for a maximum of three nights' accommodation.
