In Rosary Gardens, a quiet residential street in exclusive South Kensington, visitors to London discover one of the city's best-kept secrets: Astons. This charming and elegant haven comprises three lovingly preserved Victorian town houses whose interiors have been sympathetically converted into completely self-contained, self-catering, quality studio apartments.

Each apartment benefits from a fully equipped kitchenette with all appliances, satellite television, private telephone and en-suite facilities. The Executive apartments offer enhanced facilities including marble showers, hairdryer, luxurious robes, iron, safe and trouser press.

Apartment Facilities

All apartments are self-contained with private bathroom, living/sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchenette (or kitchen in the case of the Executive Four Person Apartments). They all have a bathroom with shower, and the kitchen facilities include cupboards, fridge/ freezer, oven (Executive Four Person Apartment only), sink, microwave and cutlery, crockery and utensils.

This apartment has a combined living/sleeping area with three single beds, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette. It sleeps up to three people.

Executive Two Person Apartment

Suitable for one or two people, the Executive Two Person Apartment has a combined living/sleeping area with two zip-link single beds, so that you may join the beds to make a double bed if required. It has a private bathroom and a kitchenette, and also features extra facilities including upgraded decor, marble showers, hairdryer, luxurious robes, iron, safe and trouser press.

Executive Four Person Apartment

This apartment has a combined living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed and two single beds, so it can sleep up to four people. It has a private bathroom and a kitchenette, and also features extra facilities including upgraded decor, marble showers, hairdryer, luxurious robes, iron, safe and trouser press.

With their close proximity to a wealth of museums, restaurants and shops, Astons Apartments are perfect for strolling up to Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall and on to neighbouring Knightsbridge with its outstanding shopping, including Harrods and Harvey Nichols.

Travel Information:

The nearest tube station is Gloucester Road, less than 10 minutes' walk away, which provides access to the District & Circle lines.

Terms & Conditions:

Booking Procedure
Astons Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged, but simply used to guarantee the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
On arrival, you will be asked for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
When you check in, an imprint of your credit card will be requested and an authorisation for £30 will be made to cover any incidental expenses you might incur during your stay. This authorisation will be cancelled on departure.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in from 12:00 and check out by 11:00.

Non-smoking Policy
From 1 July 2007 it is against the law to smoke in virtually all enclosed and substantially enclosed public places and workplaces, including Astons Apartments. If you don't comply with the new smoke-free law, you will be committing a criminal offence. Smoking in smoke-free premises holds a fixed penalty notice of £50 imposed on the person smoking, if the problem persists Astons Apartments will cancel the reservation and ask the guest to leave the property without further notice. Reservations cancelled due to infringement of the smoke-free law are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Astons require 48 hours notice for cancellation of reservations or a cancellation charge of a maximum of 2 nights will regrettably be enforced. Bookings over 7 nights will be charged 7 nights if cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival. Walkouts and no-shows will be charged as per cancellation policy previously mentioned.
