We were extremely pleased with the apartment, the facilites the quiet location and the restaurants in the vicinity.
A bonus was that we were given an apartment with a second bedroom despite having booked a one bedroom with sofa. This was ideal for our jet-lagged American.
Driving directions could be better. Not at all obvious that we needed to be in Black Prince Road.
Broadband proved to be a dongle which needed instructions to set up which we didn't receive until the Sunday afternoon, and even then reception was a bit erratic. We weren't charged, which was kind, but as three business travellers, a room with proper broadband would have been a better provision.

Excellent appartement, excellent views, one of the rooms was a little bit cold because of the big door-window.

Two beautiful appartments but one broken sofa bed and one small one. Our party of 7 was split up in 2 different buldings without noticing us in advance which was a problem. Too few cooking and serving items for the price: no salad bowl, no pasta strainer, no cereal bowls, no serving dish...

The apartment was better than we expected. The manager of the apartment met us and showed us how the appliances operated. We had views of the Thames and walking distance to tube stations and the London eye. It was a great apartment I would definitely return.

Allen Street is just of Kensington High Street which offers great shopping, handy supermarkets and restaurants. Overall apartment was in a quiet location offering spacious and clean accommodation, minutes from the underground station. Overall facilities were good. Minor comment was that the bathroom could have been doing with a bit of updating, but was still perfectly functional.
