I would go back to Tower Bridge Apartments every time and never stay in a hotel again! The apartment was located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and bars and a stones-throw from the river. Easy walk down to London Bridge for tube lines and overland rail.
It was a really nice touch to have bread, milk, tea, coffee etc. provided in the kitchen.
The beds were nicely made-up and very comfortable. Good bathrooms and a comfy lounge.
It cost us about half the price compared to staying in an equivalent hotel aswell as saving money on things like breakfast because we could just make it ourselves.
As someone who has stayed in a lot of places in London, I would give this my highest recommendation for value for money, comfort and location.
